Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. A refund will only be granted at our discretion and only if we determine that the product was either: a) damaged during transit of the product; or b) if the product failed to perform its intended function during with regular use. A full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion depending on the situation.

While we do everything to ensure near-perfection, 3D printing is not a perfect manufacturing process, so you should expect to see small imperfections that have no effect on the effectiveness of the product. These imperfections do not warrant a refund.
